When you use our AI chat feature, you're connecting directly to third-party services like:

Service Availability
We strive to keep Skye Search available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

Intellectual Property
The Skye Search interface and branding are owned by NobleSkye. However:
- Search Results: We don't own search results - they belong to their respective sources
- Open Source: Our frontend code is open source and available on GitHub
- SearXNG: Our backend is powered by the open-source SearXNG project
- User Content: Any shortcuts or settings you create remain yours

Skye Search is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

- Uninterrupted service availability
- The absence of bugs or errors

Search Results
Search results come from third-party search engines. We:

- Don't endorse any content found through searches

Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use our service (which is $0)
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NobleSkye from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of third-party rights or terms
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to Skye Search at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Since we don't maintain user accounts, termination typically means blocking access from specific IP addresses.

Skye Search is built on open-source principles:

Fair Use
We provide Skye Search as a free service. Please use it reasonably:
